Save the date: 20 – 22 March 2025. The BearingNet team will be hosting another User Meeting in the US capital city, Washington D.C.

This will be the second time a User Meeting has been held in the famous city, with 2017 being the last time seeing 100 exhibitors come together from around the world. Since then, the BearingNet platform has seen significant growth, with now over 2,000 global distributor members trading daily.

The last User Meeting across the pond was in the stunning state of Florida. Our March 2023 meeting in Orlando provided over 135 members with the opportunity to network, trade, socialise, and see some beautiful sights in the sunshine.

In March of 2025, we expect over 150 exhibitors to meet making the event the biggest US User Meeting to date!

The Washington D.C. meeting will be held alongside The Pentagon, meaning you can do some sightseeing in your spare time. BearingNet has reserved hotel rooms in nearby accommodation overlooking the famous building. There are a number of sights and fun things to do in and around the area of the User Meeting. A few of our favourites are below:

  • National Mall and Memorial Parks
    • Full of iconic monuments and memorials and over 1,000 acres of greenspace. A great place to head to experience the most of what DC has to offer.
  • Washington D.C. Monument
    • Dedicated to the first U.S. president, this 555-foot obelisk is an iconic American symbol that stands tall in the National Mall.
  • The White House
    • If you want to tour the White House, you’ll need to submit an application to do so at least 21 days before your visit. Another option is to head to Lafayette Sq, on the White House’s north side, to admire both the North Lawn and the president’s pad in all its glory.
  • U.S. Capitol
    • The Senate and the House of Representatives have met here for more than two centuries. Begun in 1793, the Capitol has been built, burnt, rebuilt, extended, and restored; today, it stands as a monument not only to its builders but also to the American people and their government.
  • National Air and Space Museum
    • The Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum maintains the largest collection of historic air and spacecraft in the world.
